Frodo
Frodo’s favourite thing in the world is to help Sally with whatever chore she might be doing. He likes being involved; whether it’s putting the dog bowls in the dishwasher or searching for lost keys. He plays flyball and is really quite good at it. He also plays Frisbee, does agility and pulls a kicksled.
Muna
Muna is most definitely Boss Dog! She also is a titled flyball and Frisbee dog. She loves to do Doggie Dancing with Sally and she is also trained for agility and kicksledding.
Freckles – Rescue
Freckles was rescued from an untenable situation. Her first love is chasing squirrels but she does like an audience to do her tricks - especially adoring children with treats for good dogs. She plays flyball and Frisbee.
Flare – Rescue
Flare is a very sweet girl. She is affectionate and truly ball driven. Ball crazy, you might even say. She loves to play fetch, run flyball and play Frisbee. She is a very demanding redhead.
Riddle – Rescue
Riddle is our resident celebrity. He was born with no eyes at all so he can’t see anything. That does not stop him from being ball crazy and Frisbee nuts. He loves to run and herd the other dogs. He greets life with a grin and enthusiasm. He is an ambassador to children in schools. His message is - Yes, I can!
Here are two videos of Riddle you should check out!
Mini – Rescue
Mini is a Jack Russell/Rat Terrier mix. She is learning flyball and Frisbee. She also climbs ladders. Quite the acrobat!
Solace (aka Solly) – Rescue
Solace is the latest addition to the Rowdies . She is just a baby but is eager to learn and follow in the footsteps of her elders. She has started flyball and Frisbee training.
Neechi
Neechi is Muna’s younger brother. Don’t let his friendly nature fool you. He is all about the ball. He will do all kinds of tricks just to be able to play. He loves children. Even the youngest child can roll a ball for him to roll back. He plays flyball and pulls a kicksled.
Skabé – Rescue
Skabé is a little shy but he loves to play Frisbee and ball. He is also learning flyball and he pulls a kicksled with Neechi. He is also known as “The Incredible Collapsing Border Collie” when he has had enough obedience work.
Jack Frost – Rescue
Jack’s mother was a Border Collie/Sheltie and his dad was Greyhound/something. Mom had the babies in the wild so Jack was feral for the first six months of his life until he was rescued. Jack doesn’t work at much of anything except being a couch potato and a wannabe lap dog. He doesn’t play ball or Frisbee but he gives the very best hugs and snuggles. He also loves children. Don’t let anyone tell you feral dogs cannot make good pets!
Dee Dee – Rescue
Dee Dee was born deaf as a result of irresponsible breeding. The place she came from was going to euthanize her because “no one wants a deaf dog.” She can do everything the other dogs can do except hear. She is learning obedience with hand signals and a light for a clicker. She meets her challenges with a wag of her stubby tail. She is an ambassador to children in schools. She teaches - Yes, I can!
